• Why fascia may be one of the missing pieces in healing and wellbeing

I’m basically going to be sharing all the things I wish I knew at the beginning of my healing journey from debilitating anxiety and suffering from a ‘lifelong’ autoimmune disease. Stress, emotions and energy are at the centre of it all and if more people knew what come to know over the years, I genuinely belief that we would be thriving alot more.

We will be moving and breathing together every single day, with a 15 minute practice in your inbox.

Nervous System Education

We’re also going to be learning about what we actually mean by stress & anxiety (spoiler: it’s not what you think), the most powerful stress reducction tools and the most important lifestyle changes to support more ease in your body.

Community Support

We will create a supportive, safe space to move through the 28 days. This includes a Whatsapp group where you can ask questions, share wins/challenges and we can support eachother in real time. There will also be LIVE weekly calls.
